Pete Johnson of Tatuaje Inc has been hanging out down in Nicaragua where he has been spending time at the My Father factory. Johnson, who doesn’t use press releases, has been sharing his new releases on social media and this week he has announced the return of the LLE Capa Especial, or Limited Lonsdale Extra. This cigar was previously produced exclusively for New Havana Cigars in Columbus, Ohio.
In a statement, Pete Johnson told us; “A portion of the release will preview first at New Havana Cigars with boxes branded specifically for NHC in the next few weeks and then will be opened up to other select retailers at a later date, obviously without the NHC branding.”
The cigar features a Sumatra Wrapper over Nicaraguan Binder and Fillers, and is 6 3/4 x 42 in size and features a box press. Only 1,000 boxes of 20 will be produced and the cigars will have an MSRP of $11, before taxes.
