PCA 2025: Perdomo

April 13, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

The Perdomo’s are our 2024 Cigar of the Year winners and while we presented that award at the booth yesterday, they rolled out a cigar that is sure to already be in the running for 2025 with the new Perdomo Legacy. This is a project that Nicholas Perdomo has been working on for several years as a tribute for his father and it has finally come to fruition. I smoked the Connecticut version of this cigar today on the floor and I will tell you while is quite different that what you are sued to in a Perdomo cigar, at the same time you still feel the familiarity of the Perdomo soul in the cigar.

Perdomo Legacy, like the other cigars in their portfolio, with follow the three wrapper forms. However, replacing the Sun Grown is the Nicaraguan Shade Grown. They will be available in the following sizes:

  • Robusto (5 x 54)
  • Epicure (6 x 54)
  • Churchill (7 x 54)
  • Gordo (6 x 60)
  • Gran Belicoso (6 x 60)

The Gran Belicoso will be the only size offered only in boxes of ten, while everything else will have a twenty count box. MSRP is set to range between $13.29-15.29. The cigars will officially launch on May 7th at Two Guys Smoke Shop back home in New Hampshire. The cigars will then begin to ship to all other retailers after this event.

Here we are presenting Nick and Nicholas Perdomo with the 2024 Cigar of the Year award.
