Founders Cigar Co. is proud to announce the beginning of their distributorship agreement with Don Doroteo Cigars.
Don Doroteo Cigars made its debut at the 2022 PCA Trade Show (Premium Cigar Association) in Las Vegas, but in actuality their story dates back beyond the 20th century to 1936 when Juan’s Grandfather, Doroteo Fermin Delgado decided to follow in his late father’s footsteps, by growing tobacco in the heart of Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Their cigars are currently being produced in the La Aurora factory in the Dominican Republic with some of their tobacco coming from their own farm in the Yaque Valley of the Dominican Republic. With the move to have Founders take on the distribution of their cigars, this enables Don Doroteo to have a more centralized location in the United States to fulfill orders and handle all distribution needs.
