El Septimo Geneva has announced the release of “Mi Familia,” an ultra-exclusive and deeply personal cigar collection created by CEO Zaya Younan that honors his family. It will make its official debut at PCA 2026 next weekend.
Each box of Mi Familia contains twenty cigars, with each unit containing four cigars from five different blends. Each vitola id dedicated to a member of the Younan family with its own blend. El Septimo says there are two different wrappers being used across these blends; a Connecticut wrapper and a maduro wrapper.
In no particular order, these are the cigars and the family member they honor:
- Robusto: This represents Zaya’s son Andrew who Zaya calls the “spirit of the next generation.”. It is a 5 x 52 with a Connecticut wrapper.
- Grand Robusto: This represents Zaya’s daughter Alexandra who Zaya calls “the soul of the family.” This is a 5 x 56 with a maduro wrapper.
- Toro: This represents Zaya’s son William, who Zaya calls “the foundation of the family.” This is a 6 x 54 with a Connecticut wrapper.
- Churchill: This represents Zaya’s older son Daniel, who symbolizes leadership, strength, and presence, is a 7 x 47 with a maduro wrapper.
- Lancero: Finally, this represents Zaya’s wife Sherry, who he has been married to for 35 years and says embodies grace, beauty, and the guiding force behind the family. This is a 7 1/2 x 40 with a Connecticut wrapper.
For this collection, El Septimo says they used the best tobacco that comes from Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Peru and Honduras. The tobacco is aged five to ten years and has gone through ripple fermentation to free the products from any ammonia and nitrate to enhance the quality and experience of smoking.
“Mi Familia is not just a cigar collection—it is my life, my story, and my legacy,” said Zaya Younan. “In this industry, everything begins with family. This collection is my tribute to that truth.” The Mi Familia Collection will make its global debut at the 2026 PCA Trade Show next weekend.
