Crowned Heads Welcomes Andy Yaffee and Craig Smith as Sales Representatives

September 27, 2023 By Nicole Tabacco

Crowned Heads is proud to announce the addition of two new dedicated sales representatives to the team. These appointments come at a time of significant momentum for the company, and promise to elevate an already superior level of retail customer support.

These two new hires come on the heels of the addition of Jake Sanders in 2022, who came to Crowned Heads from RP Burn (Indianapolis), and the Tinder Box Columbus (Ohio) prior to that. Recently, Jake’s territory expanded into Indiana, as well.

Craig Smith brings valuable experience as a former hospitality executive, and resides in Arizona. Craig’s territory will include Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Andy Yaffee comes to Crowned Heads with nearly a decade of experience in premium cigar sales and management, having spent five years with La Flor Dominicana in sales, and most recently five years with Micallef in sales and management. Andy lives in Tennessee and he will represent Crowned Heads in Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington D.C. Andy says, “I am taking an opportunity that will improve my home life, allowing me to concentrate on my family. This was an incredibly hard decision and as I really appreciate everything Micallef Cigars has given me over the last five years. Al Micallef, Dan Thompson, Amanda Micallef and Micky Pegg have been incredibly respectful during my tenure, allowing me to grow in my professional career. I wish the company the very best. Coming on board with Crowned Heads is extremely exciting and I am honored to join their growing team!”

“I’m excited to welcome these three dynamic individuals to the Crowned Heads team, comments National Sales Manager, Miguel Schoedel. “Their addition will go a long way towards our goal of providing an unparalleled level of customer support and attention to our retail partners.”
