Cavalier Genève Cigars has announced today, that its new Houston based warehouse is operational and will be servicing the US market and its clients from there as of this week. As part of ongoing service improvements and investments, Cavalier Genève has now opened its new warehouse in the Houston area to exclusively service its US customers.
“This year marks a lot of positive news that we are glad to share with our estimated Cavalier crowd. On top of the special releases, we have actively been working since the end of last year to open a new warehouse, based in the Houston, TX area.” Said Sebastien Decoppet, founder of Cavalier Genève Cigars “This move includes a new warehouse manager, as well as new processes to provide our customers with new service standards meant to improve customer experience.
