Aganorsa Leaf Announces New Cuba Superior for PCA

Aganorsa Leaf will introduce a new premium edition of New Cuba: New Cuba Superior at PCA next week. Whereas New Cuba has been a staple part of Aganorsa’s bundle portfolio for decades, New Cuba Superior is rolled with long leaf tobaccos grown on Aganorsa farms in Nicaragua and packed in elegant dress boxes. A shade grown Connecticut cover leaf from Ecuador combines with Aganorsa’s Cuban seed varietals from Jalapa, Condega and Estelí to create a smooth body with a sweet Corojo finish. New Cuba Superior is perfect for new cigar aficionados as well as those who enjoy a light cigar with lots of flavor.

“We wanted to create a premium brand that was attractive in appearance, approachable in flavor, and affordable in price.” states Terence Reilly, who serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Most of our portfolio is too intense for beginners or those who simply prefer a mild smoke. New Cuba Superior was crafted to satisfy this segment of the market.”

New Cuba Superior will debut at PCA tradeshow in Las Vegas this July. Sizes will consist of a Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x 50), and a Corona (5.5 x 44). All three vitolas are packaged in boxes of 25 cigars. Suggested retail prices will range from $6.50 to $7.50.
