United Cigar unveiled today a new limited edition Bandolero Series C Colosales Ashtray Set that will be on display at PCA 2025 in New Orleans next week.
Each set is presented in a customized dress box, containing five Bandolero Colosales (6 x 54) cigars, carefully encased in cosmetic-grade aluminum tubes to preserve their post roll aging. The gift set also features an original design, single-cigar ashtray, creation by Nelson Alfonso, the internationally acclaimed master blender and award-winning packaging virtuoso behind Selected Tobacco.
As with Alfonso’s previous releases, many of which have become highly sought-after collector’s items, the Bandolero Series C Colosales Ashtray Set is destined for the same acclaim. The cigar is wrapped in a Ecuadorian leaf, with a Peruvian binder over select Dominican, Brazilian, and Peruvian filler tobaccos. Rolled in limited quantities in Costa Rica, the cigars then embark on a journey to Madrid, Spain, where they undergo a proprietary cedar-aging process spanning a minimum of one to two years, balancing their complexity and depth.
