Quality Importers Trading Company has officially acquired the Stinky Cigar brand of cigar accessories. The transaction closed on July 1, 2024. Stinky Cigar is known worldwide for innovative and functional ashtrays featuring oval leaf-shaped stirrups imprinted with the Stinky Cigar logo. Quality Importers has been the exclusive wholesale distributor for Stinky Cigar since January 2011, stewarding the brand’s growth and promotion for over thirteen years.
The Stinky Cigar ashtray, introduced in 2004, is renowned for its quality and durability, becoming one of the most popular cigar ashtrays in the trade, known simply as “Stinky”. Quality Importers plans to continue offering all current styles of Stinky Cigar ashtrays including the World Famous “Original”, Personal, Tall, Old World, Floor Standing, One Piece, and Herf models. We will celebrate the fact that the Stinky Cigar brand becomes “legal” on its 21st birthday and its joining the QI family of brands during PCA 2025 in New Orleans, LA.
Stinky Cigar offers a complete line of cigar ashtrays, including tabletop and floor models in various colors and sizes. From a cup holder model designed to fit standard cup holders to the unique HERF model—the largest ashtray on the market with eight stirrups and a 2.5-gallon bowl—Stinky is the go- to ashtray for any occasion. The latest design, introduced in 2023, features a classic one-piece ashtray with a deep bowl and six stirrups, combining form and function. Stinky Cigar Ashtrays are both functional accessories and stylish additions to any cigar ritual.

Stinky Cigars accessories have been instrumental in promoting the enjoyment of fine cigars since 2004 and will continue to do so under the Quality Importer’s family of brands. The structural manufacturing defect warranty is a limited lifetime warranty and will remain in full effect.
