Punch Cigars will release a new, hot-dog-themed cigar that will be hitting the shelves just in time for Father’s Day. The new cigar, Mr. Punch’s Wieners, is a limited-edition 6” x 50 double-headed parejo that can be lit from either end. It features a Dark Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, a US Broadleaf binder, and Dominican, Honduran, and Nicaraguan fillers. In addition, one-half of the cigar contains rare Dominican Andullo filler tobacco that was fermented in palm tree pods for two years. It was produced at HATSA in Honduras. This is part of an ongoing annual release of different “father” themes that the company releases around Father’s Day.
Scott Abney, Brand Manager for Punch, said, “Mr. Punch’s Wieners may have a funny name. And a funny shape. But this blend is no joke. Loaded with rich tobaccos and rounded at both ends to offer two unique smoking experiences, Mr. Punch’s Wieners is the perfect gift for Father’s Day and a cigar you’ll want to come back to all summer long.”
Mr. Punch’s Wieners will be sold in packs of ten with an MSRP of $69.99 per pack. The cigars will begin shipping May 1st. It is available in a single vitola format, a double-headed 6” x 50 parejo.
