Powstanie Cigars Announces Powstanie San Andres

February 2, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

Powstanie Cigars announced last week the highly anticipated release of the new San Andres Powstanie Cigar to their premium cigar portfolio. Like all of their other products, Powstanie San Andreas is manufactured at the renowned Nica Sueño factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

  • Wrapper: Mexican San Andrés
  • Binder: Ecuadorian Habano
  • Fillers: Nicaraguan and Dominican
  • Sizes: Robusto, Toro, Belicoso, Perfecto, Corona
  • Factory: Nica Sueño
  • MSRP: $13.50 – $16

This is a follow up to the Powstanie Connecticut we saw a few years ago. In the press release, the company stated while there is a corona size listed, it will not release until later on this year. The new San Andres Powstanie Cigars are now available for wholesale purchase by retailers nationwide.

“This release reflects our commitment to delivering premium cigars with unparalleled quality and flavor,” says Mike Szczepankiewcz, Brand Owner of Powstanie Cigars. “The San Andres Powstanie is the perfect addition for those who seek strength, depth, and sophistication in their smoking experience.”

In addition, the company announced a price increase to their core line due to rising production costs. Powstanie says while they have absorbed cost increases across all sizes, the price for the Corona Gorda Broadleaf and Habano will see a modest increase of about 3% per cigar. The new prices are as follows:

  • Broadleaf Corona Gorda………. $14.00 MSRP
  • Habano Corona Gorda………….$14.00 MSRP
