The 2025 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show has been completed in New Orleans. During that time, the annual media press conference was help where information about the show, including information on future shows, is disclosed. One of those things is usually the dates and locations of the next few shows.
The PCA had already announced that the show will return to New Orleans in 2026 in the same New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. However, they did announce that the trade show will return to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2027 and 2028 before returning to New Orleans in 2029. According to Jay Davis, who sits on the board and owns Blue Smoke of Dallas, the details regarding the 2030 trade show have been undecided at this time.
Here is the schedule for the next few years:
- PCA 2026 — New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (April 17th – 20th)
- PCA 2027 — Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall (March 5th – 8th)
- PCA 2028 — Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall (March 3rd – 6th)
- PCA 2029 — New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (TBA)
- PCA 2030 — (TBA)
The Las Vegas Convention Center has been undergoing extensive renovations the last few years and therefore we will have a brand new facility when we return in 2027. Jay Davis also told us that in Las Vegas, the host hotels would be Fontainebleau, Resorts World, Westgate and .
Many were skeptical of the show returning to New Orleans after the conditions of the 2015 IPCPR show. That show was held in the summer months when it was extremely hot and humid and lacked more sufficient smoking areas. It will be interesting to see what the vibe is returning to Las Vegas in a few years after what I think many are considering one of the most successful PCA trade shows that we have seen. Time will tell…
