It is amazing what this company can do in their modest size booth. They may not have the biggest or the fanciest booth, but JRE Tobacco has built an amazing clientele and continued to grow without needing to go overboard. They are a true example of “don’t fix what isn’t broken”. In the corner of the booth, was a small display and a small TV playing clips from the next installment of the Hand Rolled documentary series about the family patriarch, Julio R Eiroa. Having seen quite a bit of this footage on Friday before the show opened, I think it just might be the best part of Hand Rolled yet.
Right up front and center for all to see was the big release from JRE Tobacco this year – Aladino 85 Anniversario Reserva.
Aladino 85 Anniversario Reserva

After years of relentless pursuit for perfection, legendary cigar maker Julio Eiroa is finally ready to introduce his highly anticipated 85th Anniversary Cigar. Originally intended as an 80th anniversary project, the quest for an unforgettable, legacy-defining cigar took longer than expected. Now, at 87 years old, Julio proudly presents a Pinareño puro, crafted from the rare and challenging Pinareño seed, first brought to Honduras by Tino Agurdin in 1960.
- Wrapper: Honduras (Pinareño)

- Filler: Honduras (Pinareño)
- Size: Robusto (5 x 50) & Toro (6 x 52)
- MSRP: $17.50 & $20
- Production: Limited Regular Production
Camp Aladino

The other interesting thing that JRE had in its booth on display was the Camp Aladino cigars that are now being made available for any retailer who took part in the Camp Aladino trips down to the factory in Honduras back in February. They are available in three varieties: Cameroon, Corojo and Maduro. All three cigars come in a 4 1/2 x 60 format. However, starting in 2026, all retail accounts will be able to order these.
