Ashton is a company that has been around for a long time and has quite the reputation. They are one of the brands that casual or newer cigar smokers often name when I ask what they smoke. They aren’t hard to find, they are a good quality, and they have quite the portfolio. However, I would be lying if I told you that I almost forgot about them. Ashton isn’t one of those bands that makes a lot of noise as it is a brand that pretty much just sells itself. They also do not always have a lot of new stuff year after year but this year they did have a few new offerings.
La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut

Ashton added two new sizes to the La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut line, making that a total of nine sizes. The new sizes being added are as follows:
- Belicoso (5 1/2 x 52) – MSRP: $9.25 (Box: $231.25)
- Double Corona (7 1/2 x 54) – MSRP: $9.75 (Box: $243.75)
These new line extensions are a regular production and have already shipped to stores so look for them on your next visit.

As with all the La Aroma de Cuba lines, this too is also manufactured at My Father Cigars S.A. in Esteli, Nicaragua. Now the company says it will release it, in one size, in boxes later this year.
