Lure Cigars Introduces The Fat Tony Size

March 24, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

Lure Cigars announced on Friday the release of “The Fat Tony” – the latest cigar in its popular Corojo Oscuro core line. “The Fat Tony” is a 5 x 54 Robusto Grande that gives the blend a slight edge in
strength and flavor.

“I love the Big Lou toro and Lil’ Tony robusto, but when smoking the samples of this size, the blend just fit so well in this vitola. It’s like donning your favorite pair of time-softened weekend corduroys with the tag that says “HUSKY” on the pocket.” – Lou Cross, Owner.

Lure Cigars brings people together through ‘Tackle & Tobacco’ and encourages cigar enthusiasts to ‘Smoke Great Cigars & Tell Tall Tales.’ Following the core line releases in Corojo Oscuro, Lure Cigars now
offers this blend in a 5 x 54 Robusto Grande. This new cigar features the signature double fermented, Corojo Oscuro wrapper, over binder tobacco from Esteli, with filler tobaccos from Esteli, Jalapa, and ligero from Ometepe, Nicaragua. These cigars follow a similar presentation as in the previous releases, packed in ten-count sealed wax packs, wrapped in red heavyweight craft stock, and include Boveda humidification. The Fat Tony has an MSRP of $12.50 per cigar.

The “The Fat Tony” launches on April 1st, 2025, at Small Batch Cigars. “The Fat Tony” will be available to
additional retailers at the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Tradeshow and will be available for nationwide distribution on May 15th.
