At this year’s PCA Convention in New Orleans, LOFB Cigars, a mission-driven lifestyle company known for supporting men’s mental health, proudly unveiled its latest release: Skinny Bastarda—a premium cigar crafted by women, for women.
While LOFB is known for allocating 40% of its profits to men’s mental health initiatives within local markets, the company also recognizes the vital role women play in the emotional and mental well-being of men. The Skinny Bastarda is a symbolic and inclusive offering that celebrates this connection through fine craftsmanship.
This 5½ x 42 Half Corona is meticulously produced at the renowned Quesada Cigars factory in the Dominican Republic. Led by Raquel and Patricia Quesada, the family-run factory brings over five decades of experience to this project. The result is a cigar that seamlessly blends tradition, innovation, and intention.
“The Skinny Bastarda is truly a cigar made by women, for women,” said Adam J. Levine, founder of LOFB Cigars. “Raquel and Patricia created the blend entirely on their own—without my input. They’ve even kept the recipe a secret from me. And frankly, women are far better at keeping secrets than men. That said, I’ve smoked it—and I can say confidently that even men will appreciate this cigar.”
Raquel and Patricia Quesada added: “As individuals, we are all unique, but mental health is something that connects us all. When Adam approached us with this project, we immediately embraced the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause. We’re honored to be involved and excited to share this cigar with the world.”
The Skinny Bastarda is now available for shipping to both domestic and international markets. It will be offered in packs of five and bundles of twenty.
