Liana Fuente To Leave Arturo Fuente

August 16, 2022 By Matthew Tabacco

News broke today that Liana Fuente will be stepping down from her role as Vice-President of Brand Development at Arturo Fuente. The eldest of the fourth generation Fuentes and Carlito Fuente’s eldest child will be leaving on September 1st. Liana has worked for her family’s company for fifteen years and says she is ready to try new things. The next adventure however has not been disclosed to us at this time.

“It was a hard decision but also very easy at the same time. I am very happy. You never know how things end up down the road.” Liana said while leaving the door open for a return in the future.

In the past few years Liana has been know for her fundraising efforts with breast cancer. She lost her grandmother to the disease a few years ago. She also worked with her father, Carlito Fuente, on the Rare Pink project that hit the market at the end of 2020. Last year two new sizes were shown at PCA 2021, the Sophisticated Hooker and Queen of Hearts but have yet to come out. We will follow up with those when more information becomes available.

One thing to note is while she is leaving her job at Arturo Fuente, she will still remain on the board for the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation as well as the board for C. Fuente Holdings Inc.
