French accessory company Les Fine Lames announced a follow up to their concrete ash trays – raw aluminum and obsidian. Made in France with the MONAD is a single cigar ashtray measuring 1.2-inches in height, 5.9 inches in width and depth.
The tumbled RAW Aluminum finish gives the MONAD and DYAD ashtrays a bold, industrial look while adding a singular touch to their aesthetic. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, each piece is one of a kind, with marks from the production process enhancing its character. Over time, natural marks like stains, fingerprints, and oxidation will transform into a distinctive, beautiful patina.
