Today, Arturo Fuente announced it will be promoting Jose Blanco to the position of Global Brand Ambassador. Jose joined Arturo Fuente in 2020 as the Director of Sales, Eastern Hemisphere. Jose has also been a veteran of this industry for over fifty years having worked with companies such as La Aurora, Joya de Nicaragua and E.P. Carrillo.
In his new role, Jose will work to represent the Arturo Fuente brand to retailers and distributors in the Eastern Hemisphere, but in addition he will also work closely with Carlos Fuente Jr, in the promotion of the brand via events and trade shows all over the world. In addition, Arturo Fuente says that they also plan to have a series of events throughout the United States in 2023-2024 featuring Jose and Carlito in retail stores.
Jose will also be a mentor and resource with his years of sales experience to the Arturo Fuente global sales team. This will hopefully strengthen the team they have with Jose’s robust knowledge of not only sales, but as well as tobacco.
In a press release, Carlito says, “Jose brings knowledge of the old school tobacco industry and mixes it in with a passion for the new opportunities the Arturo Fuente brand has around the world. I value his experience and appreciate his enthusiasm for the brand and the industry as a whole.”
