In this role, Bail will oversee global sales strategy and execution, build the U.S. market organization, and deepen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts worldwide. He also becomes an associate of the company.

“I am honored to serve Hiram & Solomon in this capacity,” said Benoît Bail, Vice President of Sales, Hiram & Solomon Cigars. “Our goal is simple. Make it easier for retailers and distributors to succeed with our portfolio while offering aficionados a consistent and memorable experience. We will focus on disciplined sales execution, practical education, and strong partnerships, state by state in the United States and market by market internationally.”
In his new role, Bail will align state-level priorities and key account management in the United States, expand international coverage with clear channel strategies in Europe, the Caribbean Basin, the Middle East, and select Asia-Pacific markets, and standardize trade programs, pricing architecture, and sell-in and sell-through toolkits for partners. He will also lead retail education initiatives that include product knowledge, staff training, and guided tastings, and will strengthen sales operations and forecasting, including shared digital asset libraries for partners.
