Effective February 13, 2023, Gurkha Cigar Group International announces a price increase on a limited selection of products.
After three years without a major price increase, Gurkha has announced that a few key items will have to catch up to the rising costs. “We’ve absorbed the cost increases from our factories for the last few years, in order to keep our prices as fair as possible for our retail partners,” says Jim Colucci, President and CEO of Gurkha Cigars. “Unfortunately the time has come that we have to catch up to the rising costs on a few select items.”
Overall the average increase is around 5% for the thirteen specific products that will receive the increase in price. The new price list that is set to be in effect February 13, 2023, will include two new items that are releasing at the TPE show later this month. Gurkha has reported that they will honor all orders on the 2022 pricing that are submitted by end of business on February 10, 2023.
