Fratello Cigars announced this week the upcoming launch of its latest offering, the Fratello Arlequin Connecticut. Scheduled to make its debut at the Premium Cigar Association (PCA). The Arlequin Connecticut is introduced as a continuation of the Italian Collection for Fratello Cigars.
