Crux to Relaunch Passport at PCA

April 8, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

Crux Cigars has announced the highly anticipated return of one of its most beloved lines – the Crux Passport – reimagined with new sizes, updated packaging, and a richer, more refined blend. Originally launched in the early days of Crux, the Passport quickly earned a loyal following thanks to its complexity, unique flavor, and perfectly balanced profile.

Building on the foundation of the original, the revamped Passport features a rich blend of Ecuadorian wrapper and Nicaraguan and Honduran binders and fillers, delivering a sophisticated smoking experience. Tasting notes include cocoa, sweet spice, and a floral undertone – a combination that evolves beautifully with every draw.

  • Super Selection No. 1: 6 x 42
  • Super Selection No. 2: 5.5 x 46
  • Super Selection No. 3: 6.25 x 48

All sizes are offered in elegant twenty-count boxes (two five-packs and ten singles) with refill bricks
available.

The Crux Passport returns not only with improved sizes and a more nuanced blend, but also with an updated band and box design, reflecting Crux’s ongoing commitment to craftsmanship, presentation, and tradition.

This reintroduction is especially suited for those who appreciate the classic ring gauges of traditional cigars, paired with the bold flavors of today’s premium Nicaraguan tobaccos. The result is a cigar that bridges the past and the present.

Attendees of the PCA 2025 trade show will have the first opportunity to try the new Passport firsthand. The relaunch highlights Crux Cigars’ dedication to listening to its loyal community and honoring its foundational blends with purpose and precision.
