A cigar with numerous accolades including the prestigious “Cigar of the Year” honors will soon be available in a special size on an exclusive basis. Beginning February 2nd, the Oliva Serie V Melanio will be available in a 5 x 54 Double Robusto, a size created exclusively for Casa de Montecristo’s retail stores and lounges in collaboration with Oliva Cigar Co.

The Oliva Serie V Melanio is hand rolled at Tabacalera Oliva de Nicaragua S.A. using expertly fermented ligero fillers from Nicaragua. These tobacco leaves are known for their rich and robust flavor.

  • Size: 5 x 54 Double Robusto – Round

  • Box Count:10

  • Price: $11.75

  • Factory: Tabacalera Oliva de Nicaragua S.A.

  • Country of Origin: Nicaragua

  • Availability: Only at Casa de Montecristo Stores, beginning February 2

Historically, Oliva’s Melanio line consisted entirely of box-pressed cigars, and it wasn’t until 2017 that Oliva began producing a limited production of the Serie V Melanio in round versions. The limited production cigars have been made once a year in limited quantities.

“We are continuously looking for quality premium products that can be found nowhere else, to offer Casa de Montecristo’s adult clientele,” says Brad Winstead, CEO of Casa de Montecristo. “We are thrilled to have this opportunity to partner with Oliva and offer our guests an exclusive size from Oliva’s most prestigious line.”

The Oliva Serie V Melanio Casa de Montecristo Exclusive will be offered in 10-count boxes and priced at an MSRP of $11.75 per cigar. Limited quantities will be available for purchase starting February 2 exclusively at Casa de Montecristo.
