Black Star Line Announces Mr. Fahrenheit Regular Production

April 19, 2023 By Matthew Tabacco

Originally released as a 5 x 50 robusto for Underground fest at Underground Cigar shop. The regular production stick will be released at PCA23 as a Corona 6 x 46 vitola with a shaggy foot. This release is rolled by Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic. The cigar is named Mr. Fahrenheit to pay homage to firefighters and also to Freddie Mercury who sings about Mr. Fahrenheit in Queen’s song “Don’t Stop Me Now”.

Black Star Line Cigars owner Aric Bey says, “I am a retired Chicago firefighter and a huge fan of Queen so I thought this would be a great way to represent both. We will also be donating money from this release to Ignite the Spirit charity to help families of firefighters.”

MSRP for this release will be $11.99. Tabacalera La Isla will be rolling 5000 cigars as the initial order for Black Star Line Cigars. The blend consists of Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, Dominican binder, and Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers. This cigar will be available to retailers at PCA23.
