Alec Bradley Cigar Company has announced that the popular Black Market Filthy Hooligan and Black Market Filthy Hooligan Shamrock limited edition cigars are now shipping to tobacconists worldwide.
In September 2020 Alec Bradley offered for sale 2000 boxes of Filthy Hooligans and 1500 boxes of Filthy Hooligan Shamrock to tobacconists for February 2021 release. Both production runs were immediately sold out. 2021 marks the eighth-year return of Filthy Hooligan and third year return of Filthy Hooligan Shamrock.
“The Filthy Hooligan series is a perennial hit – highly anticipated by cigar enthusiasts every spring,” said Alec Bradley Director of Sales & Marketing, Jonathan Lipson. “We are fortunate to have secured a superior lot of unique and flavorful Candela wrapper that has allowed us to continue these projects and give our fans what they want.”
The Filthy Hooligan and Filthy Hooligan Shamrock are based on the popular Alec Bradley Black Market blend – tweaked to enhance the flavor imparted by the introduction of multiple wrappers. Filthy Hooligan features a bright green Candela wrapper, contrasted by a rich, cocoa colored Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper. Filthy Hooligan Shamrock is triple-wrapped with the same Candela wrapper as the Filthy Hooligan, accentuated by Nicaraguan Habano Maduro and Habano Natural wrapper leaves.
Both cigars are 6″ X 50 Ring Gauge Toros. The Filthy Hooligan is presented in a handsome green and black striped box containing 22 cigars. MSRP has been set to $10.50 per cigar, domestically. The Filthy Hooligan Shamrock is presented in an attractive grey box, featuring a large shamrock on the top of the lid, containing 10 cigars. MSRP has been set to $12.50 per cigar domestically. International pricing will vary. Tobacconists lucky enough to secure an allotment will be receiving their boxes soon.
