Every year we talk about Cigar of the Year industry wide. Yet, accessories don’t seem to feel they get the same recognition and they are JUST as important in my opinion. That is why each year we make it a point to make such a big deal honoring a product that blew us away. I am honored to announce that for 2024 S.T. Dupont takes the top prize the S.T. Dupont Biggy lighter. Last year, our winner was the Palio Pistola from Quality Importers.
At the 2023 PCA Trade Show and Convention in Las Vegas, we made our annual trip to S.T. Dupont, which is distributed by Coles of London in the United States. Per usual, we caught up with Les Mann who had a wide range of products that the company was showcasing. Among those were the new flat flame lighters; Slimmy, Biggy and the Twiggy. Flat flames have been getting increasingly popular over the last few years and instead of going on about that, I will let you read the Biggy review I wrote last year here.
This is product everyone at Smokin Tabacco has used and loved all year long. It performed well in it’s review and it has been a staple ever since. It may not be the cheapest lighter, but by a long shot it is not the most expensive either. So shake up the legacy and spend the money on this lighter and take care of it, it will last you forever.
