Arturo Fuente will begin shipping one of its newest creations, Don Carlos “Sangre de Toro” or “blood of the bull” to retailers nationwide on Monday October 6th. This information was given to us by Carlos Fuente Jr.
Don Carlos “Sangre de Toro” utilizes the same Don Carlos binder and filler but swaps the Cameroon wrapper for Mexican San Andreas. It will be available in four sizes – 5 x 50, 5 1/2 x 46, 5 3/4 x 54, 5 7/8 x 55, and 6 1/4 x 52.
It is the first Arturo Fuente cigar to use Mexican San Andrés wrapper. The name Sangre de Toro is Spanish for Bull’s Blood. Production is expected to be limited but an exact number was not given.
