March 26, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

Manifatture Sigaro Toscano (MST) will be in attendance at the 2025 PCA Convention & International Trade Show in New Orleans, where it will showcase the latest addition to its prestigious Master Aged line: the Toscano Master Aged Series 5. However, The Toscano Master Aged Series 5 will officially launch today.

This new release stands out for its bold structure and rich flavor profile. Measuring five inches in length with a ring gauge of 50 at its widest point, the Master Aged 5 delivers a full-bodied and complex smoking experience. Made with a fire-cured Italian Kentucky wrapper and a meticulously selected blend of Italian and North American Kentucky tobaccos, it undergoes a maturation process of at least 360 days, enhancing its depth and balance.

Master Aged Series 5 Toscano

Toscano says this new release reflects MST’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship, offering a rich, multi-layered smoking experience that highlights the depth of Kentucky tobacco. The Toscano Master Aged Series 5 will have an MSRP of $282 per box of thirty ($9.40 per cigar).

Something Toscano has done in the past few years is bring one of their top rollers with them to roll cigars at the booth on the show floor. MST invites attendees to explore the craftsmanship behind Toscano cigars. Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in cigar rolling sessions led by Maila Casali, one of MST’s most experienced cigar rollers, and witness the fire-curing process simulation, experiencing the unique aromas and techniques that define Toscano cigars.
