Earlier this year, we saw S.T. Dupont showcase many new products at PCA 2024 in Las Vegas. However, the most talked about and arguably the most sought after was the Padron 60th limited edition collection.
S.T. Dupont CEO Alain Crevet and Jorge Padron held an unveiling ceremony in the Padron booth and presented the collaboration to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the brand with iconic S.T. Dupont lighters and accessories. The regular collection includes the iconic Le Grand, and Line 2, as well as the Biggy, Cigar Cutter Stand, and Ashtray. The Haute Creation editions of the Padrón collection is comprised of a Le Grand and Line 2, both limited to 88 pieces each. This collaboration is a tribute to the art of fine living, reflecting an interwoven narrative of precision and passion, a hallmark of both brands.
The Padrón Ashtray features the iconic colors and logo of the infamous cigar brand and is crafted from painted porcelain with gold accents. The extremely popular stand cutter from S.T. Dupont is also part of the collection. The Padrón Cigar Cutter stand features the iconic colors and logo of the infamous cigar brand and is a single “guillotine” style cutter that unfolds to enable the user to rest their cigar on the stand.
The Padrón Le Grand and Line 2 feature the iconic colors and logo of the infamous cigar brand along with engravings of the little hammer, “J.O.P.” (Jose Orlando Padrón), the year of Padrón’s creation, as well as the silhouette of Cuba – all emblematic symbols of Padrón’s history. Each piece in the collection is trimmed with a yellow gold plating and available to ship this month.
Featuring the same symbolic guilloche engravings as the regular edition Le Grand and Line 2, the Haute Creation collection is enhanced by engraved brass plates that are finished to depict a dried tobacco leaf along with the iconic logo and 60th anniversary dating, accented by a yellow gold plated finish. Each edition is limited to 88 pieces and available to ship in November.
These will be some of the most sought after ST Dupont products released so expect them to be difficult to obtain and pricey on the secondary market I you miss out on the initial release.
