Kelner Cigars announced this morning the release of “Kelner LE 80,” a premium limited-edition cigar created to celebrate the 80th birthday of industry legend Henke Kelner this December. This exclusive release was blended by Klaas Kelner at his Santiago factory as a tribute to his father’s enduring legacy in premium cigars.
The Kelner LE 80 is meticulously crafted in an elegant Diademas Finas format (50 x 7) with tobaccos of Henke’s distinctive blending style. Dressed in a silky Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, the blend incorporates a touch of Yamasá tobacco, known for its delicate balance of sweetness and spice. The result is a cigar that exemplifies refinement, harmony, and the timeless craftsmanship for which the Kelner family is renowned.

Each Kelner LE 80 will be presented in luxurious custom-designed boxes containing 10 cigars with a Boveda pack. From the box design to the band detailing, every element reflects the Kelner family’s meticulous attention to detail and their enduring dedication to artistry and tradition.Owing to its exclusivity and limited production, the Kelner LE 80 will be available only in select quantities at premier tobacconists worldwide beginning late November / early December 2025.
Production will be limited to 2,000 boxes and 20,000 cigars, with just 1,500 boxes designated for the U.S. market—a testament to the prestige of this exceptional release.
The Kelner LE 80 is set to retail in the US market for $57 per cigar and $570 per box of ten.
