Debuted at the Premium Cigar Association Convention in Las Vegas this past March, the four part Year of the Dragon by Gurkha Cigars is in partnership with different manufacturers of the industry. The first two releases of Gurkha Year of the Dragon by AJ Fernandez and Ernesto Pérez Carrillo began shipping in April. The third manufacturing partner project is officially now being released to retailers and shipping to a store near you.

The Gurkha Year of the Dragon by Oliva Cigar Co. is a 6 1/2 x 60 Salomon housed in a ten count Year of the Dragon Collector’s Edition humidor.  The Gurkha Year of the Dragon by Oliva Cigar Co. is adorned in an orange band to match its box.  The cigar is priced at $25.00 MSRP as is the rest of the collection.  It features a San Andres wrapper, Cameroon binder and Nicaraguan filler. The Gurkha Year of the Dragon by Oliva Cigar Co. is made in Nicaragua with Oliva Cigar Company.

The fourth and final Gurkha Year of the Dragon cigar is scheduled to be released before the fall and is made with Oscar Valladares.
