Eight years after their first collaboration, Cigar Dojo and Quesada Cigars are reuniting for a sequel release: Redux de Luxe. This limited-edition cigar revives the refined, Cubanesque spirit of the original Dojo de Luxe project from 2017—now with a heartier blend, fresh artwork, and the same nostalgic format that made the original cigar a cult favorite among Dojo faithful.

Rolled at the Quesada family’s Tabacos de Exportación factory in the Dominican Republic, Redux de Luxe offers a modern homage to classic
cigar craftsmanship. Like the original, the cigar is rolled in an elegant 5¾” x 52 double perfecto format—a shape more commonly found in the 1800s and early 1900s, but still a signature of old-world attention to detail today.
“From the start, we knew we didn’t just want a reissue—we wanted a reimagining,” said Eric Guttormson, owner of Cigar Dojo. “Redux de
Luxe captures the sophistication of the original release, but now with an amped-up core. It’s more intense, more flavorful, and designed to deliver an even deeper experience.”
The new blend begins with a rich Corojo Colorado wrapper, paired with a Sumatra binder and an all-Nicaraguan filler blend. The result is a medium-to-full-bodied profile with notes of toasted bread, red pepper, cinnamon, and roasted nuts, gradually evolving throughout the tapered format.
Redux de Luxe is a limited-edition offering, with only 300 boxes of ten cigars produced. Each box is adorned with newly designed banding and artwork that honors the original release while pushing the aesthetic forward. The cigars will debut Friday, November 21st at 12pm Eastern, exclusively through Atlantic Cigar. Pricing is set at $120 per box ($12 per cigar), and Dojoverse members will have access to a special discount code for 15% off boxes for a limited time.
