Artista Announces New Artista Colorado Line for PCA

April 8, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

Artista Cigars announces a new line extension, price and packaging differentiation for the Artista Series. Artista Colorado is a medium-strength cigar blend and features an exquisite Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper which combines with a Sumatra binder for a robust, smooth smoke with hints of cedar, earth, and white pepper with a touch of natural sweetness.

The packaging of the Colorado matches the new packaging of Artista Puro Ambar and Artista Cimarron, which began shipping to US retailers in February 2025. This new packaging is a visual cue to consumers that the cigars are priced lower at retail than Artista Harvest, Midnight, and Falu.

“We are committed to offering consumers and retailers with affordable options as well as cigar blends that punch well above their retail price” states Kevin Newman Vice President of Artista Cigars.

“Affordability is a key concern,” states Radhames ‘Ram’ Rodriguez, President of Artista Cigars, “not only for consumers and retailers in the US, but around the world. Our Factory is vertically integrated, and as such we offer some of the best tobaccos at the best prices”.

Artista Colorado is offered in a robusto 5 x 54 and toro 6 x 50 and is priced below $10 with an MSRP of $8.28 for the robusto and $9.00 for the toro. Artista Colorado will be on display and for sale at PCA 2025 in New Orleans, and Artista Cigars anticipates shipping to retailers the first week of May.
