German Engineered Cigars Announces New “Raumzeit” Line

January 15, 2022 By Matthew Tabacco

German Engineered Cigars is proud to announce Raumzeit, their second standard blend and the first they developed jointly with master blender Claudio Sgroi.

Raumzeit is German for spacetime. The Raumzeit blend takes you into a new dimension – a fantastic immersion in aromatic complexity and engineered perfection makes space and time become irrelevant.

Raumzeit is the first German Engineered Cigar from Nicaragua, hand-rolled at Tabacalera Tambor in Esteli. With a mild to medium body, its overall aromatic experience can best be described as “Traveling at the speed of light, far beyond the next galaxy, while a friendly android serves cake.”

The first impression of Raumzeit is characterized by a light, silky, fragrant wrapper. Its smoke combines aromas of nuts, cream, honey, stardust, and malt with white pepper, minerals, flying saucer, cloves, and nutmeg into a wondrously sweet and complex experience.

The Raumzeit blend is made up of:

Wrapper: Nicaragua – Connecticut

Binder: Indonesia – Sumatra

Filler: Nicaragua – Jalapa & Dominican Republic – Piloto

Raumzeit will be available as:

Half Corona 44 x 3.5 – $6.50

Robusto 54 x 5 – $11

Gran Toro 58 x 6 – $12

All cigars will be sold in 20-count bundles, the Robusto and the Gran Toro will also come in the newly designed boxes of 20. Raumzeit will be at the German Engineered booth 1008 at TPE 2022, January 26 – 28, in Las Vegas, NV. Raumzeit is planned to be generally available shortly after.
