PCA 2025: Oliva

April 14, 2025 By Matthew Tabacco

Oliva was situated right next to the Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust booth where Steve Saka sat at his command. In the booth, they some giant video screens playing different graphics throughout he day over a sea of sales representatives and retailers cranking out orders in what was one of the busiest booths on the whole floor.

Not much was new at Oliva. Perhaps the only thing new was the new Nub packaging. The boxes were changed to be color coded specific to each blend in what is a growing trend in the industry. I personally like this trend as I feel it really helps the average customer identify cigars when they might not be as in tune with who makes what when they enter a cigar shop, especially on the return visit.
