JR Cigar is bringing a modern, upscale flair to one of their most popular budget lines. The “Crafted By” series has always brought the JR customer interesting and unique collaborations with some of the industry’s finest manufacturers. Now with this new iteration – Crafted by JR: Crowned Heads – the JR team is elevating the original concept, while also showcasing the talents of the team.
Each Crafted By JR release will focus on a collaboration with a different manufacturer, but unlike most private labels, will be built from the ground up by the JR Cigar team. From the name and logo design, to packaging and the blend profile, every step of the cigar creation process has been planned, developed and executed by the JR team. And for the first Crafted By JR cigar, JR turned to one of the most sought-after manufacturers in the industry – Crowned Heads.

Crafted By JR: Crowned Heads is an inaugural blend for this new concept. Handmade in Nicaragua, this medium bodied blend uses aged Nicaraguan filler from Jalapa, Condega and Ometepe, and is bound together with a Connecticut broadleaf binder, then finished off with a Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.
The cigars come packaged in wooden boxes of 10, with only 500 boxes made. Each box is adorned with a custom wax seal. This limited edition is available in one size beginning September 13, exclusively at www.jrcigars.com.
